Shashank Kashyap - Managing Director - Principal Structural Engineer
Shashank Kashyap is a structural engineer with over 10 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Australia. Holding a Master of Engineering (Structures) from the University of Melbourne, he specializes in advanced structural analysis, post-tensioned slab design, and lateral stability solutions.

His portfolio includes Tier 1 projects such as the 77 Market Street Tower, Canva Head Office, and Athena Data Centre. As Co-Founder & Managing Director of Figment Consulting Engineers, Shashank focuses on delivering innovative, efficient, and high-performance structural solutions tailored to each project.
Saimone Babitu - Managing Director - Project Manager
Saimone Babitu is a civil engineering expert with more than a decade of experience in residential construction, as well as roads, bridges, and rail projects throughout Australia. He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from UNSW and has contributed to significant infrastructure projects.
As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Figment Consulting Engineers, Saimone focuses on project management and construction oversight, delivering efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions for his clients.
